Patricia S. Cain is a partner in NGE’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation and Health Law groups. Patty advises employers on a broad range of employee benefit matters, including counseling employers on the design, implementation, and administration of broad-based pension and health care plans, executive compensation arrangements, and early retirement programs. She represents clients in ruling requests and controversies before the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. Patty also represents clients in litigation arising out of disputes involving benefit plans.

Richard A. Sirus

Richard A. Sirus is a partner in NGE’s Corporate & Securities, Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation, e-commerce, and Health Law groups. Rich represents clients ranging from publicly-traded companies to sole proprietorships, providing counsel on general corporate matters including the design, preparation, implementation and administration of retirement plans, health plans, executive compensation arrangements and fringe benefit programs.

Rich works with taxable and tax-exempt organizations, including consultation regarding multiple employer plans and withdrawal liability matters. He has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service, the United States Department of Labor and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. He has also served as an expert witness on fiduciary issues.

His most recent assignment includes creating and implementing healthcare transformation through a consumer driven model in a Fortune 100 company. Greg has 25 plus years experience in the healthcare consulting arena. His educational background includes a BA from Brown University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
