Business Principles
EM Messaging is a leading provider of branded email communication services
to corporations, professional service firms, and nonprofits. In
our effort to deliver the most satisfying experience to our customers,
we adhere to the following three core principles:
- Uniqueness
EM Messaging believes that every client is unique in its
image, culture and business needs. As such, we avoid the "cookie-cutter"
approach adopted by many other Web-based email marketing providers,
and instead offer a highly personalized approach that sets
up each and every client with an email marketing solution tailored
to their business needs and budget. In short, our goal is 100%
satisfaction with each client, whether large or small.
- Service
Each e-mail program will have unique tactical and strategic objectives
that must be addressed upfront during the design phase and then
continually reassessed as results are tracked and measured. It
is therefore critical to partner with a firm such as EM Messaging
that will work closely with you on an ongoing basis to interpret
objectives and results, and make recommendations for incremental
improvement and change. To this end, each and every client of
EM Messaging has its own dedicated account representative
responsible for working with the client on virtually any issue,
whether tactics or technical issues.
- Quality
EM Messaging deploys only the most robust and sophisticated email
marketing solutions. We only partner with technology companies
that meet our strict standards of excellence, while at the same
time developing our own proprietary applications and scripts where we see a "gap"
in the marketplace. This means that our clients can expect to
remain on the "cutting edge" with respect to their email
marketing programs.
